Charlotte Tilbury Future Vintage: the Collector’s Edition
Forgive me, I’m a pliable fool. Put the word Vintage on something and I’ll probably want it. I have been pining for the Vintage Vamp palette since its release, not simply for the name, but because I have a lust for red-toned eye shadows. Rabbit eyes don’t scare me (enough).
This is a lovely, ridiculously extravagant gift set that I would only dare to dream fleetingly of at this time of year. I imagine it would feel wonderful to be able to present this to a breathless beauty fan on Christmas day, and I can only wistfully imagine how fabulous it would feel to face gloomy, endless January with a face bedecked in such serious glamour.
The set contains my dream palette, Charlotte Tilbury’s signature Magic Cream, a trio of coordinating lipstick, liner and gloss, her Bar of Gold highlighter, and the gorgeously Art Deco ‘Filmstar Bronze and Glow’. I love the idea of superciliously swishing around with impeccably-contoured nose in the air, the fairy lights reflecting off your bronzed, sheeny face as you pause to admire yourself in a bauble.
