Dr Bronner’s Orange Ginger Organic Lip Balm
This is another one of those everyday essentials I’m claiming as seasonally appropriate.
It’s seriously gingery, a delicious waft of spice and citrus that sends me wandering off to the kitchen for a clementine and a slab of stollen.
Dr Bronner is famed for creating organic, fair trade products that are perfect for your eco-warrier, vegan friends. His hero product is the pure castille liquid soap which is incredibly useful for cleaning just about anything, kind to skin and comes in several appealing fragrances. The Dr Bronner lip balm is certified organic, has reassuringly few ingredients, but is packed with beeswax, lovely avocado and jojoba and hemp oils. It feels deliciously slippy and moisturising but sinks in after a couple of minutes ready for your lipstick of choice.
Worth noting that both the packaging and scent are pretty unisex so could be good for any crispy-lipped men whose stockings you might be struggling to fill.
