Have you ever had moments when you see someone’s picture online and wonder, “How did she get that look?” Her lipstick, eye shadow, or whatever else is so perfect you just have to have it (or something like it). This happens to us all the time! In our Get the Look series, we share tips on how to achieve our favorite makeup looks using products you probably already own! For our introductory post, we will show you how to get Emma Watson’s makeup look with only five products (and a brush).
How to Get Emma Watson’s Makeup Look
In an article with Into the Gloss, Emma discussed how sustainability and transparency impact her fashion and beauty choices. Ever the advocate, she and her team have taken to Instagram (@the_press_tour) to share information about the brands that she loves, one of which is jane iredale!
The key to Emma’s look is achieving effortless elegance. She is never too made up, but still exudes sophistication. We love how she appears polished, but also edgy and completely herself at the same time. If you’re as obsessed with this look as we are, here’s how you can recreate it using jane iredale products.
How to Get Her Eye Makeup
Emma keeps her eye makeup fairly simple, and she regularly uses Clear PureBrow Brow Gel and Black/Brown Liquid Eyeliner. “Finding a good, natural eyeliner took me like, six months, but I found one, ” she told Into The Gloss. “Jane Iredale does an amazing liquid eyeliner and she has one in a dark brown, which I prefer to black on my skin tone. The jane iredale Clear Brow Gel is also very good.”
- Brush your eyebrow hair upward using Clear PureBrow Brow Gel.
- Using your finger, apply Iced Brown Smooth Affair for Eyes to your eyelid. Then pick up a little of the blush with a Detail Brush and apply it to your lower lash line.
- Line your top lid with Black/Brown Liquid Eyeliner.
How to Get Her Rosy Glow
The trick to a natural flush is finding a product that isn’t too pink or too orangey. Candid In Touch Cream Blush is a mix of warm, brown and rose tones for a perfected natural glow.
- Using your fingers, pat Candid In Touch Cream Blush just below your cheekbones.
How to Get Her Wine-hued Lips
The finishing touch to this look is a pop of color on your lips. The wine shade Emma selected looks great on almost anyone. Not to mention, lipsticks with blue undertones can make your teeth look whiter.
- Apply Annette PureMoist Lipstick, and go!
