I think travel sets of hair products are a lovely thing to give – nice to pop in a bag for a weekend away, but also a great way to try the very best a brand has to offer. If you’ve watched Sali’s In The Bathroom with Sam McKnight video you’ll know that he uses Bumble and bumble products a fair bit, so this kit is a good way to have a go at emulating one of the world’s greatest stylists. Containing four of their best sellers, I found it at Boots for £19.33 a few days ago.

The Shu Uemura Art of Hair collection has been issued in limited edition packaging by Japanese artist Takashi Murakami. This luxe hair products would make a gorgeous gift in any case, but in this pop culture design would hugely brighten any bathroom. There’s a Cleansing Oil Shampoo, £32, Essence Absolue Nourishing Protective Oil for dry hair, £39.50 and Wonder Worker primer, £22.
