If you’re looking to try and inspire some kind of heart attack or seizure in your partner this Christmas, you could do worse than slip this casually onto your Christmas list. It’s the collection to end all collections, featuring all the make up ever made for one billion pounds.
Ok, now my breathing has returned to normal, I can try to be a little more pragmatic. This set has been designed to contain pretty much everything required for a full, meticulous make-up routine, from primer through foundation, concealer, corrector, contour, and illuminator, as well as generous brush set to apply them, a nail polish, brow pencil, mascara, two eye quads and two lipsticks. It’s truly obscene. If my partner actually produced this from behind his back on Christmas morning, I’d immediately start listening out in panic for the bailiffs coming, but for those with a bigger budget, this must be one of the most desirable collections ever made.
A little more realistically, but also very covetable, is the Tom Ford Private Collection set of six miniature perfumes at £220. This is technically a unisex collection, so everyone has an equal chance to frighten with the extravagance of their Christmas hints.
