Want Sali to personally find your perfect Estée Lauder lipstick? Come and see her in Selfridges, or enter an amazing comp to win the whole Pure Color Envy range!
Everyone knows I have big love for the Estée Lauder brand, but this year has been a particularly strong vintage, thanks to the launch of their Pure Color Envy lipsticks. I am obsessed with them – pigment-saturated shades, a moist, rich, cushiony feel, hydrated finish and precision application, all housed in a heavy, clicky, luxury tube. They are one of the few new beauty launches that went straight from my postbox to my personal make-up bag without passing GO (I hate to play favourites but Intense Nude, seen here, is my most complimented lipstick in ages and the reds are seriously incredible).
To celebrate the fantastic Selfridges Beauty Project, in which I am very proud to be involved, Estée Lauder has launched two new Pure Color Envy shades exclusive to the four stores in London, Birmingham, Manchester Exchange and Trafford Centre and via selfridges.com. Daring is a bold, tomatoey orange-red that looks amazing with a flawless base and coral cheeks, while Ambitious Pink is a hot pink but with skin flattering warmth instead of a blue base – great for those who want the boldness of fuchsia without the punk rock statement.
To help spread my Pure Color Envy love, I will be in-store at Selfridges Oxford Street on Thursday May 1st, between 5-7pm, at the Estée Lauder counter, to help you find your perfect shade (free of charge, of course). Just pop along to counter for a chat and we’ll find your perfect shade or three, and show you any other products you’d like to see from the brand (give me just three minutes on an Estée Lauder counter and I will absolutely make you look better, I guarantee it).
Even if you can’t make it along to see me then, from 1st May – 12th June you’ll be able to enter a fantastic in-store competition via Twitter and Instagram. Just head to your local Selfridges to choose your perfect Pure Color Envy lipstick, then pop into one of Estee Lauder’s specially installed on-counter InstaPrint kiosks to take a instant selfie. Post the picture on either social networking channel, using the hashtag #LipstickEnvy and tagging @EsteeLauderUK, and you’ll be automatically in with a chance of winning the entire Pure Color Envy collection of lipsticks (including the two new exclusives), all housed in a beautiful deluxe case – worth over £480 in total.
The kiosks will be in-store on the following dates:
Manchester Exchange 1-17 May
Manchester Trafford Centre 18-24 May
Birmingham 1st May -12 June
Oxford Street 1st May -12 June
Just make sure you’re wearing your Pure Color Envy, put on your best selfie face, and get your pics, either alone or with your friends. If you’re there on May 1st between 5-7pm I’ll even help you pose! Let’s face it, I will probably also gatecrash your picture.
